- How much does BuilderPad cost?
- Plans start at $199/mo. Every plan is unlimited-seat — we don't charge per PM, per field user, or per homeowner. Larger shops get volume discounts.
- Do I pay per user or per job?
- Neither. One flat monthly rate, unlimited users, unlimited active projects. Add subs and field crews for free.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Month-to-month by default. Annual plans save 20% but are fully refundable pro-rata if you leave.

- Does it sync with QuickBooks?
- Two-way, real-time, native. QuickBooks Online and Desktop both supported — AP bills, customer invoices, COs, job costing, class tracking.
- What about Xero?
- Xero is in beta. If you're on something else, our API + Zapier cover most stacks.
- Does it work on mobile?
